Hi! My name is Lily, I'm 20-years-old, and I'm from the USA. I moved to Germany in August of 2024 to be an au pair for a German family in Ulm, where I learned German. English is my native language and I speak German at a B2 level. I moved to Munich recently because my au pair contract ended. I am a young, relatable, friendly individual. I'm excited to use my language skills to help you with yours!

I was born and grew up in the USA. I speak English as my native language. I also speak German and have a telc German B2 certificate.

I believe that language learning works best when it is interactive, practical, and tailored to each student’s needs. My goal is to help students not only understand English grammar and vocabulary, but also gain the confidence to use English naturally in real-life situations.rnrnI combine a communicative approach (focusing on speaking and listening) with structured grammar and vocabulary practice. I use exercises, role-play, short texts, and real-life examples to keep lessons engaging. I also adapt materials to each student’s goals—whether that’s improving conversational fluency, preparing for an exam, or writing stronger essays.rnrnI am patient, encouraging, and creative in adapting lessons to different learning styles. I enjoy making lessons fun and motivating while still keeping a clear structure. As a native English speaker who has learned German to a high level (B2), I understand the challenges of learning a new language and can explain concepts clearly from a learner’s perspective.
