Über mich / warum ich Nachhilfe erteile

I am currently a Master’s student in Chemical Biotechnology at the Technical University of Munich and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology. I enjoy working with students and explaining difficult topics in a simple and understandable way. I especially like helping younger students feel more confident and comfortable with subjects they may initially find difficult. Tutoring also gives me the opportunity to combine my academic background with something I genuinely enjoy: teaching and working with people.

Ausbildung/ Erfahrung in Nachhilfe

I hold a B.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology and am currently completing an M.Sc. in Chemical Biotechnology at TUM.rnrnI have experience working with students in several different settings. I worked as a Chemistry and Biology Instructor at Constructor Talent School, where I taught high-school students and prepared lessons, exercises and exams. I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant at university and delivered workshops through the Career Services Center.rnrnIn addition, I previously taught English to young children and regularly helped my younger sister and cousins with their school subjects. I also worked as a student mentor at Addictest, where I supported students during their university application process and helped them navigate different application steps and requirements.rnrnThese experiences have taught me how to communicate clearly, be patient, and adapt my explanations to students of different ages and learning styles.

Berufserfahrung/ Spezialgebiete

I offer tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, English and French for students from Grades 1–10.rnrnMy strongest scientific subjects are Biology and Chemistry because of my academic background in Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Biology and Biotechnology. I am comfortable explaining school-level scientific concepts clearly and step by step.rnrnI am also fluent in English and French at C1 level and can support students with grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, conversation and school assignments. I have previous experience teaching English to younger children, so I am comfortable adapting lessons to beginners and younger students as well.rnrnMy goal is to make students understand the subject instead of simply memorizing answers, while keeping lessons encouraging and suited to their individual level.
